Golden Touch Festival Website Build
The Brief
Golden Touch Festival required a debut digital presence. Operating without a dedicated website was no longer viable for their growth trajectory, as the festival was growing in scope every year.
They needed a platform to legitimise the brand, serve as a central information hub for attendees, and facilitate ticket sales. Another primary requirement was autonomy. The internal team needed full control over content updates without relying on ongoing developer support.
What we did
We built a modern, aesthetic site on WordPress, leveraging our proprietary Medusa framework to ensure stability and speed while retaining the flexibility of the CMS.
We then utilised our internal framework to create a robust foundation, ensuring the site could handle traffic loads from day one.
For this project, we built a bespoke backend interface. This bypassed standard WordPress complexity, giving the marketing team a simplified, intuitive dashboard for managing lineups, messaging, and tickets.

Impact
The festival now has a professional digital asset that aligns with its market positioning.
The internal team manages all content changes, eliminating maintenance costs for minor updates.
The launch provided an immediate central anchor for marketing campaigns, replacing the reliance on third-party social platforms.
The site is structured to grow with the festival, allowing for future feature additions as the event expands.
